There is a maximum limit to the amount you can transfer in your UBA bank savings account, in addition to the limit placed on the number of transactions within a specified period of time.

However, in relation to be maximum amount in the UBA saving account, there literally no maximum amount you can have in the savings account unless it is a student account. 

In respect of the limit placed on the number of transactions, this is done in accordance with the policy if the central bank of Nigeria.

Online banking transactions on UBA saving account above 500,000 naira lead to a charges of about 5% and 3% on the excess transactions. Noteworthy, these charges only applies to transfer and ATM withdrawals.

Also, for online banking, there's a limit to the transaction you can make depending on the time.

For Point of Sale- N1,000,000

For web transactions – N500,000

For ATM transactions – N1500,000
